It comes standard with a .035” diameter tip in the welding gun. This HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun, as it is a heavier duty gun with more copper in the cable than the OEM Gun. And you can also see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun (picture 3). You can see from Picture 4, the diameter of the brass plug that goes into the welder is .625", and Picture 5 shows the 2 spade terminal connections for the trigger wires. Our color coordinated red and black handle, matches the color of your welder, and has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the Lincoln gun. The welding gun is complete - no tricks here - it includes the liner, gas nozzle .035 tip and has the spade terminal trigger connections. You can see the crimp to retain the rubber outer jacket and the copper crimp which secures the copper wires to the brass fitting to carry the welding current. Picture 8 (photo 3) shows a cutaway of the coaxial cable assembly, where you can see the copper wires that carry the welding current, the trigger wires, the inner tube that the wires are wrapped around, and which also has the liner running up the center of it. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the shield gas runs.
