Either by following the add hot water and wait version and said on the packaging, or by cooking on stove top like I like to prepare it :) ______ Dee’s Tip: I prefer to cook it on a stove top just like its done for other noodle soup brands. These noodles are thinner and hydrate faster than you usual ramen or ramyun noodles, so here is how I make it. - Bring 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water to a boil - Add the noodles - Add any veggies you would like (i like to add bean sprouts, green onions, fried tofu, thats true authenticity right there!) - Don’t drain the water - Rice noodles cook fast so don’t leave it too long - Add the seasoning base, mix, and cover for a couple minutes - If you have preserved chili sauce or sambal, it matches really well with it - Ready to serve! Enjoy (^_^) * If you are thinking that it sounds like a Thai chow mein, you are not wrong, but it being rice vermicelli noodles, the chewy and bouncy consistency brings a whole different flavor profile.
