DOA POLICEY In the event of the Neocaridina being dead on arrival, please follow these steps to submit your claim: Take 3 clear pics of a dead shrimp in the unopened bag next to the shipping label. Send us a message with a clear explanation of what happened to the package to help us identify the issue. Allow us up to 24 hrs. to process the claim. Once the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you based on the number of shrimp. Please note, in some circumstances, our DOA policy will be voided: If the package is unsuccessful delivery on the 1st attempt (We will ship to the address you provided on file.) The package is left outside for an extended period during extreme weather. (Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it's your responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. The package is lost due to a package thief (If this happens, please contact your local USPS to file a claim) Once the shrimp are released into the tank, it's your responsibility to keep them alive. If there is any difficulty when they arrive, the buyer needs to report it to us right away, not 3-4 days after DISCLAIMER Due to the stress of shipping, they are a bit dull in color and that is normal. Once the shrimp are acclimated to their tank they will brighten up. Shrimp are very vulnerable to change when it comes to water in your tanks. Any abrupt shift can cause causality. While we are doing our best to ensure our shrimp an easy transportation and deliver them healthy to your front door. Once they are in your possessions, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: to make sure to drip acclimate the Neocaridina into your tank. We suggest drip acclimate for at least 1 hr with an air stone in advance to putting them in your tank. Make sure your water doesn't fluctuate too much during their first 7 days. These shrimps have been raised in a tank with specific water parameters, and it's recommended to maintain similar conditions for their well-being.
