If the package shows delivered at 10am and you email us at 7pm after they sat in a 100-degree mailbox all day, we will not refund you. We will not be responsible for USPS delays that are out of our control or if they are unable to deliver on the first delivery attempt. We will either refund you for the deceased shrimp minus shipping costs or reship. Buyer pays actual shipping cost to reship. We are not responsible for package theft or misdelivery.
