Description: This is an incredibly rare Lady Lovely Locks Enchanted Island Swan Boat accessory / vehicle. Mattel / Arco. Unfortunately it's missing the front pair of wings. Everything else is in nice condition. Maybe a few little rubs. From what I am seeing, this is a Lady Lovely Locks rarity. I'm finding boxed versions, the occasional complete loose one.
