The purple sapphire is flanked by six round, full brilliant cut, natural and unenhanced diamonds. The diamonds each measure 1.8 mm in diameter with an actual combined weight of 0.18 carat. They provide a nice side sparkle, and face-up better than their technical average grades grade of K/L color and I-2/I-3 clarity with good overall cut. The sapphire and diamonds are both 100% genuine and natural, and the diamonds are also completely untreated and unenhanced.
