Description: 12 + 1 Red Cherry Shrimp You will receive 12+1 Red Cherry Shrimp. The shrimp will be juveniles between 1/4" - 1/2". Young shrimp ship and transition better than adults and you are guaranteed to receive shrimp that have most of their life ahead of them. The shrimp will be well packaged in breather bags. The 12+1 listing is in the event of an unlikely DOA. So you are only paying for 12 shrimp, but will most likely receive 14 shrimp. Shrimp might be pale upon delivery due to stress of shipping, but they will color up nicely once acclimated and as they grow into adults. These were purchased as Sakura Grade so many should attain a deep red color. Please only order if you have a mature tank without predators. Many fish will eat young shrimp. Having many plants and hardscape will increase the survival rates if you are housing them with fish. Shrimp will ship out on Monday and Tuesday to avoid spending the weekend at the post office. Please only order if your temps are above freezing or below 90F and these can be taken in right after delivery or if they are being delivered in a conditioned space - Thank you! Please read: I guarantee the shrimp will arrive healthy. In the unlikely event of DOA beyond the two extra shrimp provided, please send me a pic before the shrimp are removed from the bag.
