Bill was one of the all-time ARCA race drivers and has been a several time ARCA championship team owner. This #35 truck only ran one race with Bill in 1996 (Milwaukee). Item appears new in box--box is still factory taped shut. Truck looks very nice. Box has some shelf wear. Item will ship USPS Priority Mail in a shipping box.
