Depress gas valve and hold it down while lighting the pilot 4.After pilot lights, continue to hold down the gas valve for about 1 minute. 5.Turn the gas valve and let the pilot burn for about 2 minutes 6.If the pilot light is out, repeat steps 3-4 seconds 7.To turn the bain marie off and the gas valve to the OFF position 8.Turn the LPG tank valve OFF and DISCONNECT the tank. 9.The cover of tank is designed for keeping unit warm and clean.
