Description: Original 1/6 tintype of a soldier, painted gold buckle and buttons, tinted cheeks and lips, pistol tucked in his belt, and what I think is a deer tail in his kepi. Could be a dark feather? Hard to tell positively. Behind mat and glass in half of a case. Very good antique condition. In proper lighting it looks good, better than any of my auction pics.
