Description: The crystal field area on this specimen is about 2” x 1 3/4” and the specimen weighs about 165 grams. The crystals are not large (< 1/4”), but they have great color and luster. There are some small calcite crystals within the field of dioptase and the dioptase is on one face of the specimen. In the first photo, the larger calcite crystal in the middle of the photo appears to have a broken tip. Other than this, the field of dioptase appears to be damage free. The label and dealer information that I received when it was purchased will be shipped with the specimen.
