This vehicle does not come with any type of pressure relief valve from the factory which causes extreme pressure surges when you let off the throttle from a high speed run. The turbo builds extreme pressures with no where to escape except back through the turbo blades causing premature wear on the turbine wheel. These turbos are not cheap to replace! Also when in and out of throttle on a factory car there is turbo lag because the turbo needs to re-spool after letting off the throttle. This blow off valve allows for the turbo to stay in the boost and when you get back on the throttle, its already spooled up! So not only does the blow off valve sound amazing while riding around, it also helps to prolong your engines life!
