1/700 IJN Destroyer Arashio Hasegawa Water Line #49414 Shrink Wrapped MISB

Description: I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I have to part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! The Arashio was the fourth ship in a ten-ship Asashio class of Destroyers that were the size of Light Cruisers. Completed in the late 1930’s, she had a fairly short service life that was ended by a B-25 Mitchell bomber at the Battle of the Bismarck Sea in March 1943 near New Guinea. I found several versions of these kits listed on eBay (mostly from distant overseas sellers), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this kit very quickly. Here is what I have found online about this particular model: The Hasegawa website (hasegawa-model.co.jp) shows the excellent box art and a photo of a finished model but has no useful information about the kit. Scalemates.com shows that this is a 201x release (the box says 2006) based on the classic 1972 tooling that has been the basis of seventeen releases across the Hasegawa and Minicraft brands. They provide a few links to aftermarket parts but that’s about it. This kit is in a compact box about 8.7” x 3.8” x 1”. As you can see from the pictures, the kit is in mint condition and still in the original shrink wrap, so it is factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains highly detailed parts and decals to make a waterline hull model of this IJN Destroyer. I use eBay Managed Payments, but I no longer ship internationally.
