Description: PCGS authenticated and graded AG 3. Medium steel brown with darker steel brown in protected areas. The surfaces are covered with extremely faint granularity but there is no verdigris. The notable marks are a pair of rim bruises under the 17 and lowest curl, a small dig on the E in LIBERTY, another on the E in CENT, and a chip over the O in OF.
