Description: Original antique Victorian natural history book, "Wild Flowers of the Year." The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. There is no printing publishing date, but the book is circa sometime around the mid-1800's. The covers have some minor wear. The binding is good and sound. All of the page edges are gilt. The interior is lightly toned from age with just some occasional light foxing & grubbiness. The back fep has a couple of penciled doodles. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection, such as a tiny chip or tear, creased page corner, light bit of soiling, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book is a fairly small slim volume which measures approximately 5 3/8 inches by 3 5/8 inches and is 192 pages long. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
