Description: PCGS authenticated and graded VF Details. Attractive glossy olive brown and light chocolate toning, lightly cleaned long ago but very nicely retoned with microscopic porosity visible under a glass. Only trivial marks, a couple small nicks in the field before the neck, a tiny rim nick at IB in LIBERTY, and a planchet flake at the rim over the first S in STATES. EDS+, Breen state II early.
