Description: A lovely example of the date. Pleasing color and smooth brown. A few areas of green verdigris adhering. The small green spots are not very visible in hand. Curls very bold and really AU. Still difficult to locate this nice. A numismatic prize! Compare to the example in lot 301 of the EAC 2018 sale that brought $1,380. It was graded "XF" yet had strong scratches on Ms. Liberty's cheek. The curls were considerably weaker.
