Louis Eugene Antonin de Labaume (August 14, 1783 - February 5, 1849), known as Eugene Labaume, was a French geographer and historian. Labaume served as engineer geographer in the Italian Army in 1805 before being promoted to second lieutenant, lieutenant, captain, and chief of squadron staff by 1815. In the field of military history, Labaume is known for having been one of the very first memorialists of the Russian Campaign, publishing as early as 1814 the testimony of his participation in this expedition.
