The book contains the new and old testaments, and is written in an old German text. The paper is discolored, but not crumbly (probably used an alkaline based paper instead of an acid based). It was originally translated from Latin to German by Dr. Martin Luther. The book has leather covers. Overall the book is in quite good condition >> it does have some wear around the edges of the covers. It is 9" high x 5 1/2" wide, and 3" thick.
