Description: Neat 1850s 3 cent nesbitt stamped envelope (U9) to Yreka CA. Petersburg manuscript; state unclear but may be Tennessee (there are several Petersburg offices in this era); black "due 7" handstamp to make up the rest of the 10 cent west coast rate; neat use, though backflap is gone.
