Description: 1860's-early 1870's (mid-1860's-1873) lot of 4 stereoview photos. One of Switzerland is: "Panorama d'Interlaken, Suisse". The other Swiss view is a waterfall with the photographer's name "A. Varroquier on the front of the mount" & an inked title on the back which appears to read as: "Cascade Di Gierbold". The other two views are of city scenes, which are probably European, & both show monuments & large buildings. On yellow flat mounts as issued with squared corners. These views measure from 6 7/16 to 7 inches long by 3 7/16 inches tall. The edges & corners have some wear, there is some age soiling, & some of the corners are bumped. Four appealing views. Please examine the photos closely & purchase based on your own judgement as to condition & value. This item is inventory #10137.
