Returns will be accepted when entire lot or shipment is returned- no partial refunds or partial shipments. Original packaging/labels must be with item; unopened if sealed in shrinkwrap, 2x2 flip, plastic or in a presentation/plastic/acrylic case when shipped to you. No alteration in packaing or holders. For insurance purposes, photos must be taken of exterior box and contents and e-mailed to us if damaged during shipping. No exceptions. All payments must be in process or received within 4 days of offer acceptance or end of auction. If payment is not received within this time frame a Non Paying Buyer Report will be issued.
