1879 Wedgwood Horticultural 10.25" Plate Polychrome Hand-Ptd. Brown Transferware

Description: I recently purchased a large collection of late 1700's and early 1800's porcelain from a prolific, affluent serious collector. Most items have printed titles or mottos. Everything is in outstanding condition and there are many rare and unusual pieces. Please see my other others -- as always, combined purchased charged only actual shipping.Antique Wedgwood Horticultural Polychrome 10 1/4" Plate Green Rim Transferware. This is a antique Wedgwood plate titled "Horticultural". It is from 1879, from the BHH impressed code on the back. It is marked on the bottom with impressed and printed word “Wedgwood”. The pattern name is printed "Horticultural" within a wreath. Additional impressed number “6”. Additional printed capital letter “E”. Artisan’s number is hand painted “AU594”. Condition: Excellent giftable condition. This plate is in fabulous condition for its age. No crazing or discoloration. Transfer intact without erosion or damage. Transfer and over-painting are in intact without damage or erosion. No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. Don't feel anything amiss when I run finger around edges. No evidence of prior repairs or restoration. Dimensions: 10.25” diameter x 1” profile depth. Unpacked weight 1 Lb. 5 oz.
