Description: 1884 Haydock Bible in museum quality condition. I have many more photos available upon request. EBay only allows 24. Remarkably well preserved, leather is excellent and binding is excellent as well. The only major areas of wear are on the four corners, with minor rubbing to the leather at the extremities and a small chip to one of the free endpapers in the back. Gilt on three edges, gilt designs on covers and spine, metal hinges each intact with their closure points intact. The binding is excellent, inner hinges are excellent, outer hinges are excellent. Light rubbing to the edges, minor loss of material at extremities. Gold leaf-patterned design to the top, fore and bottom edges. Illustrated in both color and black and white. Tissue guards are intact. Page surfaces are outstanding, no noticeable foxing. On occasion a page corner may be turned, no noticed markings. Family record unmarked, family photos section untouched. Brown ribbon book marker still in reasonably good condition. Please ask all pertinent questions.
