Description: Nice original 1899 copy of Historic Mansions and Highways Around Boston. The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The covers only have some minor wear. The binding is good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age but mostly clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing or grubbiness. A couple of pages have a minor marginal tear which does not affect the text. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection, such as a tiny chip, creased page corner, light bit of soiling, etc. Generally though, it's a very nice copy. The book measures approximately 7 3/4 inches by 5 1/4 inches and is 440 pages long with a folding map and several black and white illustrations.
