Description: For sale, a BEAUTIFUL CONDITION, UN-DUG SPECIMEN..TOUGHER "SEPARATE TOWN", old "good for" style trade token which actually is "GOOD FOR 25C IN TRADE" at a merchant business called "TERMINAL HOTEL - JOE BENZER PROPRIETOR (used in hotel saloon)", which was located in old downtown SOUTH WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON STATE (PACIFIC NORTHWEST) This came out of a "TOWN COLLECTION" of Washington state antique trade tokens....this was only token in the collection from "SOUTH WENATCHEE" WASHINGTON....watch for future town listingsIf you look in the Washington token book...you will see lots of tokens listed for "Wenachee".....BUT...only a few tokens are listed for the separate town of "SOUTH WENATCHEE" This is a great old WESTERN token. This token in striking condition, has never been in the ground The town of South Wenatchee is located in Chilean County Trade token is brass metal, round, about 24mm in diameter, and it displays very nicely.
