This curtain is made using a medium to heavy weight BEAUTIFULLY printed cotton with a softly faded pattern. This textile is ideal for any period room and has the most wonderfully aged look. ~ This is called a Biedermeier look fabric, printed c 1900. Biedermeier fabrics were very popular around the turn of the century and characterized by safeness, the colors neither too bright nor too pale and regular layouts ~*~ This fabric has the most charming printed pattern with a stripe meant to simulate silk moire! ~~ The top has wonderful loops which button to the body for hanging. The ground tone is a warm, aged deep creamy tone, natural tone and the other colors include: Pinks, reds, purple, blue and neutrals. This fabric . This fabric is a medium to heavy weight cotton. . This gorgeous curtain is backed and lined and the sides and bottom are trimmed with a lovely fringe passementerie. This curtain is constructed using 2 panels of this gorgeous fabric and the backing is a light cotton. This textile would be gorgeous used as a curtain or lovely deconstructed and used for many projects such as upholstery, pillows, curtains etc. ~ Measurements: This textile measures 39 inches wide with the pleats at the top edge ( easily opened out ) , by 112 inches long! ~ the width at the bottom is 58 inches wide .
