Description: This plat map is from a 1909-1910 Standard Atlas of Will County Illinois published in 1909 by Geo. A. Ogle & Co. Publishers and Engravers Chicago. There are 17 different maps from this atlas covering the City of Joliet and Environs. Not knowing the Joliet area, I will do my best to describe the area covered. This map covers an area bordered by Zarley Blvd. to the south, Stryker to the west, Belle View Ave. to the north, and Brandon to the east. This is a very nice color map that contains interesting information including the property owners names and acreage, churches, schools, cemeteries, and different items of interest. The title page shown is not Included in this auction. This map is a single page measuring 14¾" x 17". This map would present nicely in a frame. This is an original 114 year old map, not a copy or reprint. I have been selling antique and vintage maps on ebay for 25 years.
