Description: Beautiful helio engraving by Franz Von Bayros (1866-1924) from the one-off edition of 'Gotterliebschaften' erotic fantasy drawings based on stories from Greek mythology. The engraving is printed on quality paper and is in great condition, it has been laid down to the original thick book page and is signed F. Bayros in the plate at the bottom right. The page in turn has been lightly hinged to acid free white card. Gotterliebschaften was published in 1914 in Vienna (Austria) by Arthur Wolf-Verlages, Kunstanstalt Jaffé in an edition of only 550 copies containing 10 engravings per portfolio. This engraving is in excellent condition, overall book page size 26cms x 32cms, image size 15cms x 17.5cms. Will be posted flat. Always happy to combine postage where possible & practical.
