Description: 1916 Zeenut (PCL) -FRANK CHANCE (Los Angeles Angels) *Hall Of Fame-HOF*. Trimmed and attached to scrapbook paper. Affordable example of this iconic card featuring the MLB HOFer Frank Chance after his MLB career was over. The Zeenut series of cards was produced every year by the Collins Candy Co from 1911 to 1938, each set contained somewhere between 48 to nearly 200 cards and includes many players that were both future or former Major League players. The 1916 set has a distinct bluish tint to the background at top, simulating the look of blue sky and clouds. One of the better looking Zeenut sets. Please see scans for condition.
