With the Chief Executive is Captain Andrews, U.S.N. who commands the Henderson. It is plainly written on the President's face that he was tired and needed a rest. This was just prior to his being stricken with the illness which made it compulsory for him to abandon his trip at San Francisco where he is now slowly recovering from pneumonia.
