Description: Up for sale is an original, vintage March 1926 Colored MAP OF THE PUBLIC ROADS IN DAUPHIN COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA - Constructed from actual surveys made under direction of the STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT by authority of an Act of Assembly approved May 1, 1905. The map is approximately 32" x 39", including the border, and has been stored rolled up. Overall, the map is in Good Condition. There are a few nicks along the edges. The map also has some wear, black stains and browning. This classic map is a great look at this area of Dauphin County before it was the highly populated county it is today. It is a great piece of Pennsylvania history and will look great framed!! It would be a fascinating conversation piece and a great piece of art for the home or office! Other dings here and there.
