Description: This is an antique original Art Instructor Picture Study Series. This series is called the THE BLUE BOY Subject Number 50. It was copyrighted in 1927 by F.A. Owen Publishing Company. The study is by Gertrude Herdle and the artist of the painting was Thomas Gainsborough. This series contains a brief summary of the painting along with questions and helpful material for the teacher. Also with this study series are 31 prints in excellent condition that were given out to the students. The pamplet itself has some minor tears and a mark from the old rubber band that was around it.
