Description: Incredibly crisp bright colors in an art deco design. There’s a split in the binding of the outer wrap up to the first staple, other pages are not affected. There is creasing mostly the lower left corner of the cover. The upper left is soft. There is wear on the spine, the backside has some staining and age discolor. I found only one pencil mark in the booklet, shown. The pages inside are in nice condition, lower left and right corners have light creases. Overall, very good condition, pages turn easily.
