Description: Here is one an early form of crossover Beer / Baseball advertising items known for Budweiser. As seen in the photo, this is in the shape of a baseball catchers mitt, "Budweiser" clear in red lettering. It has mini dials for Hits, separate dials for runs, visitors and home teams, hits and innings. It appears the only dial that does not stick out far enough to actuallu turn is for hits, on the right hand side. Otherwise, this is a great item. No creasing, tears, truly one of a kind item! It is made from some sort of plastic (celluloid) with very small rivets keeping the dials in place. There is a name, HA Mathes as agent which I researched and did work for Annheiser, this person could have been a salesman for Budweiser and this was used as some sort of business card. From Burlington, Iowa. I have researched H.A. Mathes, he once owned a bottling company and this item does state "The only bottled beer', could be a connection.
