This drum was designed to give young drummers the feel of a true parade drum. The natural maple shell is in-round with minimal wear and the red maple hoops have retained much of their original bright red lacquer. 3 of the 6 thumb screw tension rods and claws remain and are functional. The strainer is present and functional though the original silk wire snares have stretched quite a bit and will not tension properly. This could be a cool restoration project or even just a nice addition to your vintage collection or studio decor. Enjoy!
