Description: The item for sale is a circa 1930’s original photo taken at the French Lick Hotel in Indiana picturing the New York Yankees brain trust. Included are team owner Jacob Ruppert, Ed Barrow, George Weiss, and Manager Joe McCarthy. Has the imprinted Hotel on the lower right hand corner as well as the stamp on the reverse. Ruppert died in 1939 and McCarthy first managed the Yanks in 1931 hence the dating to the 1930’s. Very rare original photo. Winning bidder includes $7 for shipping.
