This authentic 1930s Chinese black silk pajama set is ornately embroidered with female figures among landscapes and architecture. The cuffs and label are trimmed with a white silk. A bright blue trim finishes the white accents. The embroidery is done is red, orange, blue, green, and white. The pants have a draw string. This set is in very good condition for its age, however there are a few issues to note. The jacket has some discoloration on the white silk pieces along with a few pinprick holes. The pants have some lighter areas of discoloration as well as a a hole in the crotch seam.
