Description: This is a lot of 4 issues of the "Murdock Murmurs" high school news publication from Winchendon Massachusetts from the 1930's. The school was founded in 1885 and in service until the early 1960's. These softcover monthly news publications have information on the school's calendar of events, editorials, sports class notes, Alumni Notes, Literary works, "Murdock Murders" that are jokes and comical sayings, Honor Roll, some illustrations, approx. 12 pages of local advertising in each issue, and more (see photo examples). Note that the June 1932 issue is marked "Senior Number" and has 78 pages including the ads with many student and sports team black and white photos. Issues include December 1930, June 1932, March 1933, and December 1934. Each issue has a nice color block print on the cover. Will be sleeved in plastic and shipped in a box for a safe delivery.
