Description: Measuring about 16-1/2" x 20", this vintage topographic map is titled "New Hampshire - Suncook Quadrangle." It is the Edition of 1921, reprinted in 1931, and it is published by the United States Geological Survey (but headed "War Department" across the top). Suncook, of course, is divided between the towns of Pembroke and Allenstown, both of which are shown almost in their entirety. Running clockwise around the perimeter, from the upper left corner, the map also shows parts of Concord, Chichester, Epsom, Northwood, Deerfield, Candia, Raymond, Chester, Auburn, Manchester, Hooksett and Bow. The scale is 1:62,500. Printed on the back is a Legend and information on "The Topographic Maps of the United States." It is in excellent condition for its age, with some typical light surface rubbing and edge wear, and some inscriptions in the lower margin and on the back.
