1936 Ford Roadster Cabriolet/Model 68

Description: 1936 Ford RoadsterProject was started way back in the 90s. Body is Fiberglass, but does have some steel panels like the hood and sides. The quality on the body is top notch, door gaps are perfect, looks to be a well-made piece. has a 3” chopped glass roof. I have all the glass and windshield frame. Has some old seats laying in it but they're in rough shape, rear trunk opens to a rumble seat. Has power windows, power door/trunk poppers (no handles), new dash board with gauges, heat/ac kit, old cruise control kit, headlight buckets, center hood chrome, steering column. Has a small block Chevy with aluminum heads, told it was a 383 (no proof) but motor is stuck and will need to be gone through so figure it as a good 350 chevy core. Car has rack and pinion steering, 9” rear with leaf springs. Chassis looks to be home built or maybe a boxed stock type frame, will need to be stripped and painted again as its pink and paint is flaking. I have an old 1936 transferable regi that goes with the car. If you know hot rods then you know these bodies are not cheap, a real steel car are hard to find and 3-4 times the price. I would be open to something cool on trade, 60-70s muscle cars, 50s-90s ford trucks, vintage drag cars, old ford ramp truck....etc This would make a killer hot rod with little to no metal work, its been laying a very long time and the underside needs some love.
