Description: I was definitely disappointed with this grade. My opinion is a 66+ or a 67 and should have been given FS designation. You can never tell with these grading companies. No rhyme or reason as to how they grade stuff anymore. It's almost a joke with PCGS, AND NGC. Time to start sending stuff out to CAC. I believe the coins I see with their stickers on them as being right on the money where grading is concerned.
