1940s 50s Pinafore House Dress Novelty Print Cotton Florence Avon NWT

Description: Outstanding unworn vintage 1940s to 50s pinafore house dress by Florence. Adorable multicolored button / button cover novelty print on cream colored "Avon quality cotton". Fabric is light to mid-weight, "pre-shrunk and crease-resistant with little or no ironing." This dress has a square neckline, attached waist ties, one hip pocket, back metal Conmatic zipper and ruffled shoulders with eyelet lace and rick rack trim. It still has its original Avon and JL Hudson tags. Very good condition, never worn nor washed and well-stored for the past many decades. Zipper works great. Size on tag is 12. Estimated contemporary equivalent is an XXS to possibly an XS. There is no give to the fabric.
