Description: These oversized 1940’s salt & pepper are in very good condition. They have original corks in them. No chips, there is a small random paint mark on the side towards the back on one, shown in photo. Light wear on the bottoms also shown. The company started in 1936 in Ohio then moving to Pennsylvania in 1941. Their most famous piece was the Howdy Doody cookie jar. The pottery closed in 1959.
