1940's Red Wing Pottery 526 VTG White Console Bowl Dish Tray Fiddlehead Ferns

Description: Vintage 1940's Fiddlehead Ferns Tray/Bowl is an estate sale find and is in good vintage condition. Originally this would have contained a flower frog shaped like a deer in the center for ease of arranging flowers. I do not have the center deer floral frog. The bowl/tray itself has one scratch on the center portion of the bowl which does not go all the way through, only scratches the surface. There are also rub marks on the side of the bowl/tray. Please see pictures for the best description of its condition as I have included pictures of these minor flaws. The pottery dish bowl/tray is a lovely glazed cream color with light brownish-red under-glaze accenting the fiddlehead ferns. It has a nice neutral vibe that works well with Farmhouse, Boho, Country, Cottage or Granny Core decor themes. This is still an interesting, beautiful piece even with the flaws mentioned above. It is the perfect size to add a floral frog to the deep dish bowl for flower arranging. Add water to the sunken middle dish bowl and voila! Instant centerpiece!
