Description: This listing is for a pre-owned two-sided 1943 color print. These scenes of the American military in the Aleutian Islands were painted by artist "Lt. William F Draper." On on one side is the "Army Barges Beached to Deliver Supplies on Umnak." On the back side of this print is "Lt. Col. John S. Chennault's Warhawks In War Paint in Umnak." The print is out of a 1943 issue of "National Geographic" magazine. This is an original, authentic print and not a reprint or reproduction. It measures approximately 6 1/2" by 9 1/2". It is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear and handling. No rips, tears, creases or markings. Please check the scans above for a close-up view. Scans are of actual item listed.
