Franked with United States Scott #986, the 3¢ Edgar Allan Poe stamp from 1949 which is tied to the cover by an Alhambra, Calif. machine cancel dated October 11, 1949. A manuscript notation states "incomplete House no box". On the reverse is a Scott #OX39, a post office seal stamp, imperf on three sides and hyphen perfs at the top. There is an Alhambra machine cancel dated October 13, 1949. This cover measures 166mm x 93mm. See scans for condition.Shipping in the U.S. will be $2.25 for First Class Letter.
