Description: Very nice used Cadillac Dealer Selling Agreement in its original folder. This 21-page signed contract is between Ryan Cadillac Co. (Wikstrom Motors) in Yakima, Washington, and Cadillac and is dated November 1, 1950. It includes specific information on accounting, legal issues, capital requirements, losses, customer complaints, design and model changes, owner service, parts, finances, motor vehicle sales, using names/trademarks, shipments, signage, pricing, etc. It is very clean with a little bit of pencil writing on the front (including the dealer name). It has absolutely no mildewy or musty smell. A few of the pages have some small stains (coffee?). Please see detailed photos. The pages of the contract have no bent corners, tears or folding. The corners of the covers have softened over the years. If you have a series 60, 61, 62, 75, Fleetwood or Commercial chassis, this could be an extremely rare addition to your collection.
