No material removed, can be returned to original configuration. Added 6 bone suspender buttons to waist seam. Lengthened jacket sleeves by approx .75" no material removed, can be put back to original configuration. Measurements (all measurements taken flat): Jacket Shoulder to shoulder across back: 18.5" Underarm across front: 20.5" Back seam: 29.25" Sleeve length: 24.5" Vest Underarm across front: 18" Top of neck to bottom button: 22" Trousers: Waist: 32" (16 measured flat) Inseam: 30" Rise: 10.5" Had gotten this a while ago hoping it could be modified to fit, but to no avail. Still in fastastic shape and would make a great suit for someone just a bit shorter and a bit skinnier than I! Happy to answer any questions and take more photos if needed.
