Description: This vintage Omega wristwatch from the 1950s is a true luxury timepiece. The elegant square shape and gold filled case make it a classic addition to any watch collection. The watch features a mechanical automatic movement and stick indexes on the gold dial. It is not water resistant and does not come with papers or original packaging. The brown leather band complements the gold case, and the shock-resistant, acrylic crystal and self-winding features make this Swiss made watch both functional and stylish. With a 12-hour dial and push/pull crown, this Omega Cal 470 watch is perfect for dress/formal occasions. 28mm width 30.2 with crown 40mm lug to lug 12mm caseback to crystal top 17.5mm lug width This watch has been professionally and freshly serviced on 2-10-24. Please see photo for timegrapher result. Also, a brand new Omega factory NOS 4th wheel/gear has been installed. It has been tested for 48 hours for timing and has been adjusted to within +/- 10 seconds per day in 3 positions. Please note that this is the current performance prior to shipping. I still recommend adjusting after transport as shipping/handling can affect this. The case has been freshly sonic cleaned and polished. The case does show some wear even after polishing so please do not expect a perfect case. The band is relatively new. I have a rather large wrist so it fits me on the second to last hole on the band. Please be advised if your wrist is much larger than normal you may need to buy a new band. The crystal is original and has not been fully polished to avoid damaging it as these crystals are hard to come by. As with all older watches it is advised you keep the watch away from moisture, humidity and water. This is a not a water resistant watch. All of my watches are thoroughly photographed prior to shipping so please do not alter, damage, remove parts or tamper with the watch in any way, shape or form as this will void your ability to return the watch in case you do need to return for any reason.
